Metro Brokers Advisory Councils & Committees:
Assisting the Board of Directors in the management of Metro Brokers, Inc. are various councils. The chairpersons of each council are appointed annually by the current President. Advisory Council chairpersons are responsible for developing new products, benefits and reporting on issues concerning the membership.
Marketing Advisory Council:
Assists in overseeing the marketing/PR/advertising.
Membership Advisory Council:
Reviews membership retention and recruitment plans as well as makes recommendations regarding new office applications.
Technology Advisory Council:
Keeps abreast of technological advances in the real estate industry; recommends products and provides support and education for those applications, tools and methods available to the real estate community in an effort to advance their business practices.
Education Advisory Council:
Organizes free continuing education classes for mandatory update courses plus other relevant classes to Colorado’s market. This council also provides agent training on industry standards and technology products.
Trademark Advisory Council:
Protects the use of the Metro Brokers, Inc. trade names and logos, and enforces the guidelines for use by membership.
